His recent transactions at Duff & Phelps include the sale of the Greeley Company to Keystone Capital, the sale of Ontario Systems to Arlington Capital Partners, the sale of Wound Care Specialists to Restorix Health, the recapitalization of Community Psychiatry to New Harbor Capital and the sale of Orthosynetics.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Jordan was an associate at Shackleton Equity Partners, a boutique private equity investment firm, where he focused on making principal investments in distressed companies across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, software and direct marketing.
Jordan received an MBA from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri and holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Idaho where he received a full athletic scholarship. He holds series 62, series 63 and series 79 securities industry registrations.
