Jason has specialized in business valuation and litigation support services since 2011. His valuation experience includes privately held business securities, employee stock options and restricted share awards. Jason’s financial litigation support experience includes damage and loss quantification, the quantification of profits, forensic investigation and fund tracing.
Jason has prepared and critiqued numerous expert reports pursuant to business securities valuation and financial litigation support matters, including those pursuant to family law, commercial litigation matters, shareholder and partner disputes, forensic investigation, estate planning and corporate reorganizations.
Jason is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants (CICPA) and Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV). He obtained his Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2007.
Prior to Jason’s focus on business valuation and litigation support services, he worked in the audit and assurance group of a multi-national accounting firm serving public companies and investment funds.
