Cristiano is a managing director of the Corporate Real Estate & Transaction Advisory in the Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) in Italy.
He is responsible for technical and financial supervision on real estate projects (Feasibility Studies, Highest & Best Use analysis, M&A operations, Real Estate Development Business Modelling, Asset Management Support) and he coordinates asset management for major corporate finance institutions related to investment projects (urban recovery plans, developments, highest & best use).
He has more than 12 years of significant experience in the valuation and strategic advisory, and with important investment operations for real estate portfolios (both public and private) in Italy, supporting foreign investors with investment analysis on the Italian market.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, he has been co-founder of REAAS UK, an English Limited Company, Independent Technical and Financial Platform. Cristiano was also Real Estate Manager at Protos S.p.A., an Italian Public Company, Independent Technical and Financial Advisor in Real Estate, Infrastructures, and Energy sectors.
He started his career as Business Unit Real Estate Rome Director at Praxi S.p.A., an Italian property advisory company, and for three years, he was Advisory & Valuations Department Associate Director at DTZ, English International property advisory company quoted on the London Stock Exchange.
Cristiano is a lecturer for the Executive Master course at the Universities of Rome “Sapienza” and “LUISS”.
