Andrew Lowin joined Duff & Phelps in January 2015 from Kinetic Partners. As a result of Duff & Phelps’ acquisition of Kinetic Partners, Duff & Phelps created a dedicated Compliance and Regulatory Consulting practice.
Andrew is a director within the Compliance Consulting team and has over 35 years’ financial services industry experience in the asset manager, broker/dealer and private client asset management sectors which has involved undertaking the roles of CEO and CFO.
Andrew is responsible for managing Duff & Phelps' technical research on EU regulatory matters. In his role Andrew is responsible for training and supporting the Firm’s activities on technical issues, maintaining the Firm’s relationships with the FCA’s policy teams and trade bodies and undertaking specialist project management. Andrew has been involved in and managed a number of Skilled Person assignments. He has also very successfully led the implementation phases following the completion of S166 projects. Andrew joined Kinetic Partners as a consultant in January 2007 and in April 2009 was promoted to Director.
